These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Investire.io platform, including all websites, applications, dashboards, APIs, software, tools, analytics, artificial intelligence features, content, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing or using the Platform, you:

• confirm that you have read and understood these Terms; and
• agree to be legally bound by them.

If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Platform.

"User" means any individual or legal entity accessing or using the Platform.

"Consumer" (B2C) means a natural person using the Platform for personal purposes.

"Business User" (B2B) means a company or legal entity using the Platform for commercial, professional, or internal business purposes.

"Content" means all text, data, analytics, AI outputs, charts, reports, simulations, metrics, and insights displayed or generated on the Platform.

Investire.io provides a technology and information platform offering:

• portfolio tracking and analytics;
• quantitative financial metrics;
• asset, market, and macroeconomic data aggregation;
• AI-generated summaries and insights;
• educational and informational content.

Investire.io is NOT:

• a financial advisor;
• an investment advisor;
• an asset manager;
• a broker-dealer;
• a fiduciary; or
• a regulated financial institution.

Nothing on the Platform constitutes regulated financial services.

4.1 Informational Purpose Only

All Content is provided solely for informational and educational purposes.

Nothing on the Platform constitutes:

• financial or investment advice;
• a recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell, or hold securities;
• legal or tax advice;
• personalized guidance.

4.2 No Advisory Relationship

Your use of the Platform does not create any advisory, fiduciary, or client relationship with Investire.io.

You acknowledge that:

• all decisions are made independently by you;
• you bear full responsibility for your actions and outcomes;
• you should consult licensed professionals where appropriate.

Investire.io:

• does not recommend securities or strategies;
• does not provide personalized investment advice;
• does not execute trades;
• does not hold client funds or assets.

Any references to assets, strategies, or performance are illustrative only.

6.1 Use of AI

The Platform uses artificial intelligence and automated systems to generate analytics, classifications, summaries, forecasts, and insights.

6.2 AI Limitations

You expressly acknowledge that:

• AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, outdated, or misleading;
• AI may hallucinate or misinterpret data;
• AI outputs must not be relied upon as a sole basis for decision-making.

6.3 No Warranty on AI Outputs

Investire.io makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of AI-generated Content.

Financial markets involve risk, including the loss of capital.

You acknowledge that:

• past performance, simulations, or backtests do not guarantee future results;
• hypothetical or modeled results may differ materially from real outcomes.

Investire.io bears no responsibility for losses or damages resulting from reliance on the Platform.

You agree that:

• you use the Platform entirely at your own risk;
• you independently verify information before acting;
• Investire.io is not responsible for your decisions, actions, or outcomes.

You waive any claim that Investire.io caused or contributed to your financial or business results.

The Platform relies on third-party data providers (market data, news, financial statements).

Investire.io does not guarantee:

• accuracy;
• completeness;
• timeliness;
• continuity of such data.

We are not liable for errors, omissions, delays, or inaccuracies originating from third parties.

You must:

• be at least 18 years old;
• provide accurate and complete information;
• maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

11.1 Plans

The Platform may offer free and paid subscription plans ("Plans"), each with specific features, limits, and pricing.

11.2 Free Plans and Trials

Free plans or trials may be modified, limited, or discontinued at any time. Trials may automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before expiry.

11.3 Billing and Renewals

Paid Plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis and renew automatically unless cancelled.

You authorize Investire.io to charge your payment method accordingly.

Prices may change at any time, with effect from the next renewal period unless required otherwise by law.

Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which you are responsible for paying.

If payment fails or a chargeback occurs, we may:

• suspend or restrict access;
• downgrade your Plan;
• recover associated costs.

Chargebacks without prior contact may constitute a breach of these Terms.

Upgrades may take effect immediately with prorated billing.

Downgrades typically take effect at the end of the billing cycle.

Unused quotas do not roll over unless stated otherwise.

15.1 Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time via account settings. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically entitle you to a refund.

15.2 Refunds

To the maximum extent permitted by law, all fees are non-refundable, including partial billing periods, unused features, or unused quotas, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

16.1 Account Deletion

You may request permanent account deletion. Identity verification may be required.

16.2 Data Retention

Upon deletion, personal data will be deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period, except where retention is required for:

• legal obligations;
• fraud prevention;
• dispute resolution;
• regulatory compliance.

We may suspend or terminate access immediately if:

• these Terms are violated;
• misuse or abuse is detected;
• legal or regulatory risk arises.

Fees already paid are not refundable except where required by law.

You must not:

• reverse engineer or scrape the Platform;
• misuse AI outputs;
• misrepresent Investire.io as a regulated advisor;
• use the Platform for unlawful or deceptive purposes.

All intellectual property rights in the Platform belong to Investire.io or its licensors.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform.

The Platform is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE".

All warranties are disclaimed to the maximum extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and accuracy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Investire.io shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or financial damages;
• total liability shall not exceed the lesser of:
  • fees paid in the previous 12 months; or
  • CHF 100.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Investire.io from claims arising from:

• your use of the Platform;
• violation of these Terms;
• reliance on Content.

Investire.io complies with:

• EU GDPR;
• Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Aggregated or anonymized data may be used to improve services and AI models.

If you use the Platform on behalf of a company:

• you confirm authority to bind that entity;
• the entity is responsible for all users under its account;
• consumer protection rules may not apply;
• the entity assumes all risks related to professional use.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Platform or features at any time without liability.

No service-level agreement (SLA) is provided unless expressly agreed in writing.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland.

Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts of Switzerland.

If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Investire.io regarding the Platform.
